Wow! Fall Water is upon us! With the temperatures dropping, it sure feels like autumn! Fishing should continue to improve as we approach September. WALLEYES are still a little sluggish at times but can be caught on Red tails and Night Crawlers in 18-28 feet – Pelican – Gull – and White Fish are kicking out fish under the right conditions. BASS and PIKE activity remains solid- Hubert – Gull – and White Fish are your best bets in 12-18 feet with jigs and minnows or crank baits. PANFISH action has been solid on Gull – North Long – and Edward’s in 10-16 feet using waxis and crappie minnows on a small jig!
