With summer winding down, we are starting to see the fish showing up in their fall locations. The Walleye bite has been improving each day as water temps drop- Gull, North Long and Pelican are producing fish in 16-22 feet on night crawlers and chubs using lindy rigs. Bass and Pike action continues to be excellent along the weed lines on most lakes in 12-18 feet with plastics and minnows on jigs- Pelican, Whitefish and Upper Gull have been the best. Panfish are going strong on small jigs with crappies minnows or wax worms in 8-12 feet on Sylvan, the Gull Chain, and South End of Gull. Get your guided fishing trip in before school starts!
